Principal's Message

 

  Greetings, HSAA Families and Visitors!

  I am honored and excited to serve as the principal of High School Ahead Academy (HSAA), home of the Warriors. At HSAA, we are committed to     accelerating student learning and ensuring that every student has an opportunity to get back on track with their graduating cohort.

  With more than 20 years of experience in public and charter education, I have served as a special education teacher, mathematics teacher,   assistant principal, and principal. Each role has strengthened my commitment to student achievement, educational equity, and creating   supportive learning environments where all students can succeed.

  Our focus for the 2026–2027 school year is centered on three priorities: Clarity, Consistency, and Community. We will communicate clear expectations, provide consistent academic and social-emotional support, and strengthen partnerships with our families and community      members. My goal is to ensure that every student feels welcomed, supported, challenged, and prepared for success. Together, we will continue building HSAA into a respected educational cornerstone in the heart of Independence Heights.
